TYPES OF PURCHASES WE MAKE Full The purchase of all of the payments remaining on a note Front Partial The purchase of the immediate payments with the seller keeping the
remaining payments . . . Tail-end Partial The purchase of future installments, allowing the seller to continue
receiving immediate payments for a specified period of time Multiple Stage Payouts The purchase of a note with large multiple payments over a period
of time. This will allow you to get close to, and sometimes more than,
the full amount due on your note. Simultaneous
Purchase / Table Funding The purchase of a seller carry-back note at the same time that the
sale of the mobile home occurs. This allows you to never have to worry
about waiting for those payments or dealing with the buyer in the
future. You walk away from the sale with your money on the day of
the sale. We take on the responsibility of collecting those payments
over time. SPLIT PAYMENT PURCHASE The purchase of part of each monthly payment. For example, if your
payments are $500 per month, we might offer to buy only 50% of the
payments. With this purchase, you receive cash now and 50% of the
payments each month for a specified period of time. We will receive
the other 50% of the payments until we earn our investment plus interest.
After that you will receive the full payments until the note pays
off.
